The Clubs Senior Instructor Shihan Kevin Garwood said he was pleased with the progress of all the students, but did emphasize if the students want to achieve the highly prized Shodan Ho belt, it has to take a lot of dedication, effort and regular training and like all sports, if you work hard and train regularly you get the rewards out of the martial arts.
